In our production processes, we adhere to international quality standards, utilizing the best materials and conducting rigorous quality control tests at every stage. Certifications such as ISO 9001 Quality Management System and CE Certification validate the quality of our products. The CE Certification guarantees that LoftEv structures comply with the European Union's safety and quality standards. Furthermore, our eco-friendly production approach is supported by the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, allowing us to implement sustainable solutions, including the annual recycling of 120 tons of waste and energy efficiency projects.

Entry Inspection: Initial Material Evaluation

The steel structures, prefabricated panels, and insulation materials used in our production undergo extensive testing before arriving at our facility. Factors such as physical durability, chemical composition, and mechanical strength are analyzed in accredited laboratories.

Certified Raw Materials: Compliance with International Standards

The raw materials we use comply with international certifications such as DIN EN 10147, EN 1090, and ISO 1461. Our steel materials are galvanized to prevent corrosion, while our high fire-resistant insulation panels provide energy-efficient solutions.

Eco-Friendly Materials: Green Production Approach

We minimize environmental impact by using recycled steel and 100% recyclable EPS insulation materials in our production. Our EPS panels provide up to 40% energy savings in your home, creating a healthier living environment. Additionally, our prefabricated panels are produced with VOC-free materials, improving air quality and ensuring sustainable living.

Reinforced Welding Inspections with Ultrasonic Testing: Steel profiles cut with laser machines at millimeter precision are joined using robotic welding systems. Welded points undergo ultrasonic testing to detect micro-cracks, ensuring maximum durability.

Prefabricated Panel Testing: Manufactured panels are tested for thermal and sound insulation values using thermal cameras and pressure chambers. Waterproofing tests ensure the long-term insulation performance of the panels.

Digital Simulation with BIM (Building Information Modeling): Each structure is digitally modeled using BIM software to eliminate potential assembly mismatches.

Durability Tests

LoftEv's steel structures undergo simulation tests for wind speeds of 150 km/h, earthquakes up to magnitude 8.0, and temperature variations between -30°C and +50°C. Prefabricated panels are submerged in water for 24 hours to undergo waterproofing tests.

Measurement Accuracy and Assembly Fit Tests

Before shipment, all products are meticulously checked for compliance with assembly instructions and aesthetic details. To prevent damage during transportation, structures are securely packaged and delivered to customers.

Environmental Awareness

To reduce CO₂ emissions in our production processes, we utilize solar energy systems. Our waste management system achieves a recycling rate of over 95%, and we prioritize water-based, VOC-free paints.

Workplace Safety

Our factories operate under ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Standards, ensuring the safety of our employees. We provide safety training twice a year and conduct regular health screenings. Additionally, our production lines are monitored in real-time using thermal cameras and gas detectors.
