Your products are transported securely by professional logistics firms with insured shipping services.
We have a broad delivery network with a monthly shipment capacity of 70 trucks across Turkey and internationally.
We ensure on-time delivery with alternative routes and flexible logistics planning against adverse weather conditions.
Real-Time Tracking and Customer Updates:
We provide updates throughout the delivery process via SMS, email, and phone.
Real-time location tracking is available through our truck tracking system.
Our logistics team ensures you stay informed throughout the delivery process.
Our installation team consists of professionals with at least five years of expertise. The entire process is carried out under ISO-certified standard installation procedures.

Expert engineering support is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
You can schedule periodic maintenance requests through our online appointment system.
What happens if damage occurs during delivery?
Under insured transportation, damaged products are immediately replaced with new ones. To initiate the process, please contact our customer support team.
Are delivery and installation services included in the price?
Standard pricing does not include these services, but they can be added to your package upon request.
How many days does delivery take? Are there any delays?
Depending on the size and specifications of your project, delivery is typically completed within an average of 15-20 days. We have alternative shipment plans for weather conditions and logistical obstacles to prevent delays.
How will I be informed on the delivery day?
We provide continuous updates via SMS, email, and phone throughout the delivery process. Additionally, you can track your shipment’s progress in real-time through our truck tracking system.
Can delivery and installation be done during winter conditions?
Yes, however, in extreme weather conditions such as heavy snowfall and storms, the installation process may be delayed by a few days. Accordingly, we schedule the most suitable time based on weather conditions.
Can I use my own installation team?
If you prefer to use your own team, we can provide installation guides and technical support. However, installations carried out by LoftEv’s expert team are covered under warranty. If an external team is used, warranty terms may vary.
