Founded on January 27, 2020, in Istanbul, Loftev entered the construction sector with a vision to offer innovative and sustainable solutions. The company made its debut in the industry by producing light steel housing, adopting a customer-centric approach aimed at creating modern living spaces. Thanks to Istanbul's strategic location, Loftev quickly gained a broad customer base both domestically and internationally.

Initially, it made a difference in the industry with the production of light steel housing under the name "Prestige Model." This model, known for its durability and aesthetic design, particularly appealed to the mid-to-upper-class customer segment. Prioritizing customer satisfaction with high-quality and reliable structures, Loftev distinguished itself with fast production and delivery processes.

Loftev expanded beyond light steel housing production into the prefabricated and steel construction sector. Prefabricated structures, with their quick construction time and resistance to natural disasters like earthquakes, presented a more attractive alternative compared to reinforced concrete buildings. Leveraging these advantages, Loftev established a significant presence in the industry by offering fast, economical, and reliable solutions. To increase its production capacity, the company accelerated its growth by opening new facilities in Istanbul Çatalca, Kartal, and Antalya. Starting with only seven employees in 2020, Loftev grew to a team of 53 within five years, creating strong employment opportunities. Through its investments in technology and customer-focused approach, Loftev is now among the industry leaders.

Closely following innovative technologies in the construction sector, Loftev integrated steel construction technology with prefabricated structures to develop more durable and long-lasting housing solutions.
